Explore the Inside of the ISS!

Did you ever wonder what it is like to be inside the International Space Station? Now you can experience it for yourself (even if just a little), through an interactive panoramic tour offered on the website of the European Space Agency! You can select different areas of the ISS, and pretend that you are floating in space while you explore in all directions. Here's a screenshot I took while "inside" the Unity Node:

Anthropologist's Note: Did you ever wonder how something so large and complex as the ISS was constructed in space and placed into LEO (Low Earth Orbit)? The ISS is about the same size as an American football field--check out the image below from NASA for comparison. The answer is international cooperation! Countries around the world joined together to form this orbiting science lab in space, and continue to work together to keep it operational. European countries are represented by ESA, the United States by NASA, Japan by JAXA, Canada by CSA, and Russia by Roscosmos. Together they can work for the benefit of all of humanity, "Off the Earth, For the Earth."
